In season, you may harvest from the garden, gather eggs for breakfast, observe animal feedings, walk through the greenhouse, or meet the growers and learn how the land is stewarded.

We grow without synthetic pesticides or herbicides, and focus on building living soil season after season.

Our animals are pasture raised and grass fed, rotated thoughtfully across open land. When supplemental feed is needed, we use only high quality organic. Their care is grounded in health, space, and natural behavior.

We operate according to strict kosher standards in sourcing and preparation. While the farm is not under formal rabbinic certification, all ingredients used are certified kosher and poultry is processed by a qualified Chabad shochet.
